BackCom provides rebate services for trading activities through partner brokers. We facilitate rebate payments to users who trade through our affiliate links and registered accounts.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

4. Rebate Services

4.1 Rebate Calculation

Rebates are calculated based on your trading volume with partner brokers. The rebate rate varies by broker and account type. We will process rebates according to the schedule specified for each broker.

4.2 Payment Processing

Rebate payments are typically processed monthly. Minimum payout thresholds may apply. We reserve the right to modify rebate rates and payment schedules with reasonable notice.

5. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange (Forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), and other leveraged financial products carries a high level of risk. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. There is a possibility that you may sustain a loss of some or all of your investment capital.

BackCom is not responsible for any trading losses you may incur. We do not provide investment advice, and all trading decisions are your own responsibility.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the BackCom platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BackCom or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BackCom and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount of rebates paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
